Building Managers on Call is a building management company specialising in quality management and services for commercial and residential properties. We currently employ a small team of people who work either full or part-time depending on their role in the business. We provide you with a single point of contact.

We are reliable at returning calls and responding to emails quickly.
We are not affiliated with any other companies and all sub-contractors are independent which means we source multiple quotes from potential suppliers and go with the best option for your building in consultation with the committee. All costs for our contractors are transparent, billed direct to the BC and not marked up.
